Eco Conscious Services provides professional exterior cleaning and pest control services, including but not limited to pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and eco-friendly pest control. Our business operates across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

Quotes provided by Eco Conscious Services are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Once a quote is accepted, we will confirm your booking date and time.
We reserve the right to adjust the price if additional services are requested or unforeseen conditions are identified during the job (e.g. excessive dirt, damage, or safety hazards). Any changes will be discussed and approved with you before work continues.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept major payment methods including EFT, card, and cash.
Late payments may incur a fee or suspension of future services. Ownership of any supplied materials remains with Eco Conscious Services until full payment is received.

We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted service may apply. For repeated cancellations or missed appointments, a deposit may be required before rebooking.

The customer must ensure safe and clear access to the work area before the scheduled service. Eco Conscious Services reserves the right to refuse or postpone work if access is unsafe, obstructed, or if environmental conditions (such as heavy rain) prevent safe operation.

We take every precaution to protect your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose fittings, poor surface coatings, or deterioration caused by age or neglect.

Eco Conscious Services operates using environmentally responsible products and methods. We use biodegradable and non-toxic cleaning agents wherever possible, and our staff are trained in safe and sustainable practices.

While we take great care in all our work, Eco Conscious Services is not liable for damage arising from:

• Pre-existing structural issues or wear

• Inaccurate information provided by the customer

• Conditions outside our control such as severe weather or pest infestations

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We carry full public liability insurance for your peace of mind.

We stand by the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with any part of our work, please contact us within 48 hours of completion so we can inspect and resolve the issue promptly.

No warranties apply to results impacted by environmental factors, ongoing pest activity, or surfaces that have not been maintained after service completion.

We collect customer information for the purpose of scheduling, communication, and payment. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
